Orange Coast Manila, Inc. is managed by a team of seasoned experts in the field of telecommunications and networking.

Roy Noel A. Asi, E.C.E.
President and Chief Executive Officer

After graduation from college in 1986, Mr. Asi joined the Engineering group of Philippine Global Communications, Inc. (PhilCom) and was later transferred to the Sales Department as Area Manager for Leased Channel Services. In that capacity, he participated in the design, engineering and sale of leased circuits. In 1992, he and Mr. Stephen J. Culpepper, president and majority owner of Orange Coast DataComm USA, together with a few industry colleagues founded Orange Coast Manila, Inc. In the relatively short time since its inception, OCM has established itself as a major supplier of telecommunications equipment in the Philippines.

 

Roland Allan A. Asi
Chief Finance Officer

Before joining OCM, he was Senior Auditor at the Araullo Punongbayan and Associates accounting firm. Mr. Asi holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Mr. Asi also provides consultancy and direction to the Company's finance and administrative services.

 

Victor I. Pereira
Head - Sales and Marketing Division

Mr. Pereira started with PhilCom where he worked with legacy data system and later on handled packet switching, frame relay and IP technologies. He was later involved with the PhilCom IGF's telephone traffic management system. Prior to joining OCM, he was head of PhilCom's International Network Operations Division overseeing the operations and maintenance of the local and international facilities, the transmission systems, and the various switching centers.

 

Carlos B. Anselmo, E.C.E.
Head - Technical Services Division

Mr. Anselmo started his career in OCM in 1999 as a Network Engineer. In his tenure at OCM, he has earned product and manufacturer's certifications and is presently responsible for the overall coordination of technical support efforts, equipment installation and maintenance, as well as network analysis and design.

 

Clareen M. Buenviaje
Head - Administration and Finance

Ms. Buenviaje has been with OCM since 1994. She presently heads the Administration and Finance/Accounting divisions of the Company.

Gregory M. Riccio
President, North America Operations

Mr. Riccio, the founder of Empire Computer Services, LLC, joined forces with Orange Coast Manila in 2001 to form a global support presence for OCM's worldwide customer support requirement. With its corporate office based in Connecticut, Empire Computer Services through Mr. Riccio provides OCM with a sales and support leg accommodating its North American based clients who operate in regions throughout the world.

Mr. Riccio currently oversees sales and service locations in the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. OCM's affiliation with Empire Computer Services has given it the collective ability to provide unmatched 24/7 support and service to its customers wherever they choose to do business. Mr. Riccio, after graduating College in 1987, began his career working on Wall Street at various banks and brokerage houses providing networking, computer, and infrastructure support during the 90's before going off on his own to form Empire Computer Services, LLC in 1997.
